Aldi’s Specialbuys go on sale every Thursday and Sunday morning. The range is usually a mixture of all sorts of different products, from gardening tools to sport accessories.
When lockdowns restrictions ease further on May 17, the Slush Puppie machine will come in handy when treating guests at garden gatherings or parties.
Other Specialbuys to be introduced to Aldi’s range this weekend include a smoker barbeque, a tabletop oven pizza, and a beer-pulling machine.
The smoker barbeque costs £64.99 while the oven pizza will sell for £129.99.
The beer-pulling machine is your chance to pull your own draft beer pint, and costs £199.99.
After Aldi and Lidl, the next cheapest supermarket on Which?’s list last month was Asda, where shoppers would have spent £24.95 on their weekly shop.
Sainsbury’s was next in the list, followed by Morrisons, Tesco, Ocado, and Waitrose.
Waitrose was the UK’s most expensive supermarket in April, according to Which?, and its groceries would have cost on average £8.25 more than Aldi’s products.
When comparing the prices of 20 items, Which? looked at the supermarkets’ own-label eggs and raspberries, as well as branded products, such as Chicago Town pizzas.
