Charlie Stayt has had a successful career with jobs at ITN as well as reporting for LBC and BBC Radio 5 Live. Charlie started his career in commercial radio in Gloucester. Flats sold for an average of £493,641, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,037,170.
Overall, sold prices in the town over the last year were up six percent on the previous year and 18 percent up on the 2019 peak of £681,727.
At the time of writing, the most expensive home for sale in the area is on the market for a whopping £5,000,000.

However, there are over 400 homes for sale in the region, with various different types of property available.
There is lots to do in Twickenham with a busy high-street home to both independent and well-known stores.
Visitors and residents alike can also enjoy various restaurants and bars as well as the pubs on the riverside.
Just down the road from the town is Bushy Park, surrounded by the towns of Teddington, Hampton and Hampton Hill.
