Meanwhile, former Tottenham striker Darren Bent cannot see Spurs selling to London rivals Chelsea unless they cough up £50m more than other interested parties.
“One of the clubs who have got that kind of money is Chelsea and they will throw everything at it,” Bent said on talkSPORT.
“Do I see Daniel Levy selling to Chelsea? I don’t, unless you add another £50m onto it, £200m.
“Although Chelsea have the money for it, the hatred between the two football clubs [will stop it].”
