Lauren’s bathroom includes mint green tiles, bright pink walls, pink and green wallpaper and gold accents and accessories.

A gold glitter ball hangs above the bath to create a glamorous, luxurious feel.

The room also has plenty of plants to complement the pink and green shades.

Marc Hardy, from Interior Design and Architectural consultancy Space I.D., told Insulation Express that there has been a “movement” toward botanical colours.

He added: “Over the past year there has been a movement towards botanical colours and a 60s Miami vibe. Shades of pink proving prominent.”

Jenny Turner, property expert at Insulation Express, said exotic shades of pink and pale green are very on-trend for the summer.

“Our research shows that warm exotic shades of pink, pale pink, and mint green are on trend this summer 2021.

“It also found that both light and dark shades of grey are popular all year round and should be complemented by those trending colours each season”.
