Harry Kane's 'gentleman's agreement' with Tottenham chief Daniel Levy as Man City plan bid

1 min read

According to BBC Sport, Kane believed he had such an agreement with Levy during City’s summer pursuit, although the striker eventually committed his short-term future to the north London side.

The pair compromising on a January exit is by no means out of the question, particularly considering Tottenham’s reported interest in Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic.

The 6ft 3in frontman is of a similar mould to Kane, and he is in better goal-scoring form than the Englishman so far this term.

Kane did put his domestic struggles behind him, however, by notching a hat-trick against Albania on Friday evening.
