“So we are demanding him the standards here. But he’s playing at a top club and because he’s done well, now when you look at his numbers, he hasn’t done that enough and we cannot put those demands.

“With Willy [Willian], we have to. He’s done it in the past and we have to demand it much more, the same with Nico [Pepe], that he can do that and he needs to do that in a more consistent way, but with the young kids, patience.”
