Mediterranean diet may lower risk for pre-eclampsia during pregnancy – Study

Eating fruit and veg, olive oil, nuts, whole grains and fish can slash the risk of the condition – which affects one in 17 expectant women in Britain – by a fifth.

Black women got most from the diet.

The study findings were published in the Journal of the American Heart Association.
