Pensioners missing out on free bus passes in England – but not in Scotland and Wales

On top of this, the charity outlined a series of nationwide discounts which are available to pensioners living in certain parts of the UK.

Older Britons will be able to purchase a Senior Railcard, if they are aged 60 or older, which saves a third on peak travel expenses.

As well as this, pensioners in London may be eligible for a Freedom Pass if they were born on or after October 6, 1954.
