Judi James, a body language expert, spoke exclusively to Express.co.uk to analyse the young couple when they are together.
She said: “This couple seem to manage to combine all the traditions of royal body language with a tendency to appear rather normal and down-to-earth in their social media posts.
“They tend to swing between extremes, with Eugenie, in particular, having a rather similarly upright, contained-looking and sometimes formal-looking elegance as the Queen, but with frequent switches to more fun poses that suggest mirroring of her own mother Sarah,” the expert claimed.

Judi continued: “Jack can also look like a more traditional royal husband in the slightly nervous and submissive but also loveable style of Princess Anne’s first husband Mark Philips, with some of the ‘back seat’ discretion of Prince Philip.
“Although he too shows signals of being as much fun as his wife when they are ‘off-camera’ in terms of royal appearances.”
Is Jack’s body language as “strong” as other royal men?
Judi explained: “Other women of Eugenie’s generation have married stronger, more characterful-looking men like Mike Tindall and even Beatrice’s husband Eduardo, but Jack looks most like the man who has integrated into royal life without any type of ripple or splash.
“Eugenie always looks totally confident with him and in him as he seems to ‘get’ the potential restrictions and attentions of royal life, and meet them all with a very happy, optimistic-looking smile.”
What does the couple’s friendship with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry say about their own body language?
Judi opined: “The couple are said to be close friends with Harry and Meghan, suggesting they are anything but stuffy in terms of their socialising.
“Although they do always look more traditional than that couple and maybe a little more like the more careful and regal William and Kate when they are at public events.

“Eugenie and Beatrice were always immersed in royal life and royal tradition from birth and they seem to be happy to carry some of the more old-school values and behaviours into their lives as wives and mothers,” the expert noted.
Judi argued that based on the couple’s body language, Jack “might be more besotted” than Eugenie.
She suggested: “It’s easy to see visual hints that Jack might be more besotted than his wife but overall the love and affection tends to look totally two-way.
“He tends to beam at her rather nervously during more formal poses but her wide smile is instant when she looks at her husband’s face.
“Their more casual photos show more of an even power and love signals, with Eugenie looking every bit as in love as her husband.”
Eugenie walked down the aisle back in 2018 in a dress designed by Peter Pilotto and Christopher de Vos of the British-based label Peter Pilotto.
The Princess later changed into a second dress, this time designed by Zac Posen.
Eugenie’s reception dress was cut from embroidered silk in a champagne shade that contained a hint of pink.
