Real Madrid’s price tag for Luka Jovic as Manchester United ‘discuss late transfer’

His best form came in the 2018/19 campaign, when he bagged 17 goals in 32 appearances to help Frankfurt finish seventh in the Bundesliga table.

That then earned him his move to Spain, where he’s toiled ever since.

And whether Jovic can rebuild his career, if he does indeed secure a move to United, is something only time will tell.

Should the Serb make the move to the Premier League, he’d become just the third player to leave Real for Old Trafford since the turn of the millennium.

The first was Angel Di Maria, who joined United back in the summer transfer window of 2014 when Louis van Gaal was in charge.
