Steam DOWN: Steam Store down as Valve services go offline

1 min read

Steam services are down tonight, alongside several other big platforms having issues.

According to the latest news, the Steam Store is down, alongside other core services.

This means gamers might have trouble playing some games, download new titles, or access account settings.

It should also be noted that some gamers cannot download the Steam App, meaning they will have to wait until the outage is over before they can set up their account.

It appears that tonight’s outage is connected to wider problems with leading network hosting services.

One affected user writes: “Client shows me as online, and I can launch games normally, but is only showing black screens for store, community, and profile; only my library page shows up. Website is also down.”

Another adds: “I just unpacked my new laptop and cant download the launcher.”
