Turkey travel latest: Will Turkey go amber? All you need to know about Turkey holidays

1 min read

What list is Turkey on now?

Turkey is currently on the red list for travel. This means that non-essential travel is not allowed and upon returning to the UK from Turkey, you will have to quarantine in a hotel, which can be pricey.

For one adult quarantining in a managed hotel in the UK after travelling to a red list country, it costs £2,285 for a ten-day stay.

You can be fined £10,000 for not following the quarantine rules.

At the moment, Turkey’s coronavirus entry requirements mean passengers arriving from the UK, Iran, Egypt or Singapore will require a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arriving in Turkey.

This includes any passengers over the age of six.
